I'm a Technology Specialist at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC). As a Technology Specialist, I provide in-classroom technical support to faculty and instructors, ensuring the smooth operation of audiovisual (AV) systems and addressing various educational technology needs. I assist with setting up and troubleshooting AV equipment, handle IT-related queries, and offer support with platforms such as Zoom and Echo360. Additionally, I collaborate with faculty to enhance classroom technologies, enabling instructors to deliver their content more effectively. This role allows me to develop my technical skills and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced educational environment. Before joining UIC, I interned at Banato, a brand focused on increasing access to healthy food and educating communities about fruits and vegetables. As a Marketing and Sales Intern, I represented the company at large-scale events such as Lollapalooza and NASCAR. I interacted with customers, promoted Banato's healthy snacks, and contributed to event planning and sales strategies. I also worked at Whole Foods Market as a Produce Team Member, responsible for maintaining product quality, providing customer service, and supporting inventory management. In my earlier role as a Fast Food Team Member at Chick-fil-A, I gained valuable experience in customer service and teamwork, contributing to smooth operations and high guest satisfaction. I am pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Marketing at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC). I am passionate about learning how marketing strategies can be applied to real-world situations, especially in consumer engagement and brand management. In my free time, I'm an avid NASCAR fan and enjoy following races and spending time with friends and family. I'm also a massive fan of football—whether college or professional games, I love staying up to date with the latest in the sport. I also enjoy playing strategy board games and exploring new ways to challenge myself and my friends. A fun highlight from my life: I once attended a party with Travis Scott in Chicago! It was an unforgettable experience, and I'm always up for new adventures and memorable moments.
