About
William Chan is the Sr. Academic Technologist – Hardware at LTS. He is part of the LTS Support Office team, which provides AV/IT support in classrooms to faculty, staff, and students. He currently performs Tier 2 and 3 AV/IT troubleshooting in the classrooms. He also plans and oversees the AV/IT upgrades of LTS-managed classrooms. William is a graduate of UIC with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
William enjoys snowboarding, working out, exploring national parks, camping, and road trips.
