Frank Fernandez is the Assistant Director of Learning Technologies Support at LTS. He oversees and is responsible for the daily support and future planning projects of the LTS centrally managed classrooms and computer labs. Prior to joining UIC, he worked at Allstate Insurance Company and 3M Home Health Information Services providing IT infrastructure support. Frank's skills include IT/AV project management, endpoint management, and networking. He is a graduate of UIC with a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Systems and a minor in Biological Sciences.
