My name is Krishna Somarapu, and I work as a Classroom Tech Support Specialist at the University of Illinois Chicago. In this role, I ensure a seamless and efficient teaching experience by providing expert IT and AV support to faculty, addressing issues with connectivity, troubleshooting AV systems, and supporting streaming platforms such as Zoom and Echo360. I am dedicated to enhancing the educational environment by creating troubleshooting guides and escalating complex issues to specialized support teams as needed.
