About
Juan works as a Client Support Specialist with Learning Technology Solutions (LTS), where he assists UIC staff, faculty, and students with technical issues related to UIC’s central Learning Management System (LMS), Blackboard, and other learning tools used both inside and outside the classroom. Before his current role, he was a Computer Specialist at LTS. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from UIC and is pursuing a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering at UIC.
Juan enjoys contributing to his community as a youth robotics leader, working out, and spending time with family and friends.
